Crunchin’ Rubble è un brano che si apre giocando su atmosfere eteree e dilatate, con chitarre stridule e urlanti che creano un tappeto sonoro dal quale si genera una ritmica minimale e sostenuta, quasi ad emulare il respiro e il battito della terra che, tremando, si sgretola sotto i piedi.
È la descrizione di un mondo che si disgrega, ma che resiste contro tutto, malgrado tutto.
